Apparently, most Europeans believe in heaven but not in hell. My guess is that one seems nice and the other not. However, it is not the heaven of the Bible that they believe in, not the heaven where the holy God is surrounded by a multitude that worship him. They believe in heaven although they have not believed. Unbelievers have been more likely to speak about hell than Christians. A lot of Christians are scared stiff of offending people. Hell is not a nice place, but we need to talk about it.
